Just, I’ll explain how cable crossover helps you to tone your muscles. As name itself sounds very simple, “standing cable crossover” is so simple to use.

How you do it?

Select the weight, which you are interested to work on and select also the position of the height of the pulley. Now, grab the overhead pulley handles. Keep your arms and floor in parallel with each other with your palms facing down. Now, you can start to bend your body over slightly. That’s all!!
